Registration Factory (“we,” “us,” “the platform”) is operated by [Legal Entity Name], a [state] [entity type]. We provide software that lets independent camp/club operators (“Operators”) create event pages, collect registrations, payments, and waiver signatures, and manage rosters. We are not the organizer of any event listed on the platform — each event is run by its Operator, who is solely responsible for it.
You need an account to register an athlete or to operate an organization. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, pricing, refund policies, and waiver content.
Payments are processed by Stripe via Stripe Connect. Funds from a registration go directly to the Operator's connected Stripe account, minus the platform fee disclosed at checkout. We do not hold or custody funds. Refunds are issued by the Operator through the platform and are subject to that Operator's stated refund policy, shown on the event page.
Waiver text is written or selected by the Operator, not us. We record who signed, when, and from what IP address, but we are not a party to the waiver and do not review its legal sufficiency. Operators are responsible for using a waiver appropriate to their event and jurisdiction.
Registrations are typically submitted by a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor athlete. By submitting a registration, you represent that you are the athlete's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to register them and agree to the event's waiver on their behalf.
Don't use the platform to collect payments for an event you don't intend to run, to misrepresent an event, or to attempt to bypass the platform fee by directing parents to pay outside the platform for a listed event.
The platform is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for the conduct of Operators or the events they run, including event safety, cancellations, or refund disputes — those are between the parent and the Operator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the platform fees we collected on the registration(s) giving rise to a claim.
